Where to Start Working on Yourself? (Personal Development)

Personal Development Is...

Self-development is not about ignoring your life and focusing only on yourself. It’s about techniques, practices, and new habits that are woven into everyday life. It’s what should help us live in a normal rhythm more freely, happily, stably, including financially.

What Methods of Self-Development Exist?

In fact, all actions aimed at improving oneself can be variants of self-development.

But it’s always associated with:
– Expanding horizons.
If we’re talking about self-development in the context of spiritual and personal growth, it’s studying psychology, philosophy, religious studies (without immersing in religion, but to understand the historical prerequisites for the emergence of religions, their spiritual heritage, and what different people or nations have achieved on this path). Also, I highly recommend studying methods of mass consciousness control (simply to make it easier to escape these manipulations), sociology.

– Self-knowledge.
There’s a term called “self-hunting” which I think very subtly reflects this skill…
It’s expressed in observing oneself, one’s emotions, the reasons that provoke them, and removing destructive patterns. Observing how the pattern of our life is woven, what decisions and actions have led us to what we have now. Why did it happen this way? What did it teach us? Make constructive conclusions, correct yourself. And so on…

– Control of one’s energetic and spiritual purity.
In order to be conscious, calm, and have resources for self-knowledge, it’s vital to cleanse one’s energy structure from external slag, from destructive energies that we ourselves produce as a result of inner pain, claims, conflicts…
Otherwise, the whole process will remain theoretical, and you won’t have enough resources to change anything.

What Does the Path to Self-Development Consist Of?

In fact, the so-called extrasensory abilities are present in everyone, the question is only what are yours?
Is there any prohibition for you personally to develop them? (from our many years of practice, the number of people is about 5%).

Is it safe for you to engage in this?
Here too, there’s a portion of people for whom it’s not safe, and can lead to insanity and even suicide.

What Does a Self-Development Plan Look Like?

  1. Understand what I want to develop in myself;
  2. Find a MENTOR;
  3. Study myself, what’s hindering me now or what I lack;
  4. Build a plan of short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals;
  5. Start moving (this is the most difficult part).

Where to Start Developing Yourself?

With understanding why I really need this… It’s not a case where I start moving because I want to get married or find a better job. Because in this case, it’s not self-development, but tuning… Self-development is a path of comprehensive transformation and turning from a gray cocoon into an incredibly beautiful butterfly.
